Today I want to think about democracy. MP's are members of Parliament. They come from all over England to represent the people of England. We have a similar system with the school council. Students from across the school come together to represent your views and create a link between staff and the students.
If you would like to run for school council you need to add a comment that explains why you would like to be on the council and why your form should vote for you. If you dont want to be on the school council you still have a part to paly. Add a comment explaining what you want from the people who are running for council. Give them ideas, suggestions, do they agree with you?

who wants to stand for form rep?
I would like our form rep to make sure that there is less litter around school so people can go on the fields again and the school is a nicer environment to live in!

If no-one wants to be form rep then we will not be represented on the council which is fine however, you can not moan ever about any changes that are brought in. What if every form took this attitude? YOu can not complain about changes or situations unless you actually take an active role in the process!

i would like to stand for form rep. ithink i can do thiis because i will organise a litter sweep to help control the growing litter problem i would also make sure that the school uniform wouldnt be changed or if it is that its something that we wont it to be. i would try to organise more school trips and rewards for those who behave and do well in there lessons
I think laura would make a very good form rep. I think her policies are very good.

i would like to go for form rep because i would try and get rid of lunch time assembles of try and get longer lunchs instead and try to keep our school uniforms as they are. i would also try and do somthing about the litter
